Snow
Have you ever noticed how gracefully snow falls? You may say, "Um, why would I watch how snow falls, it's just snow...water." Well, snow is a beutifull moving picture. A creation, that only God can create. It's so perfect and pure. It's graceful. I love to watch snow fall, and then wake up in the morning, and see everything so white and untouched. Of course then you go look out of my back window and see the dog gonig to the bathroom on it. Haha. Anyways, That's how Jesus is, pure, white, perfect, and untouched. It reminds of the Him going to the cross. Shedding his innocent blood, to save our souls. S.O.S. Yet I am amazed how, he still loves us. We continually refuse Him. We reject His love. But he's patient, He waits, until finally we realize, "OH, I did that to Him, the savior of the world!" We are not perfect beings, we are the most, self-centered, self-righteous and evil humans. sometimes I am discussed with myself. But I still run off the path. Only to return and repent again, so I can start fresh. I trully do love God, but a lot of the times...No! Most of the time! It sure doesn't seem like it. But I know that Jesus will always forgive me. If I sincerely regret what I am do, and do my best to live a Godly life, He will continually give me another chance to redeem myself. I wish I could have that kind of patience. God Bless.
Puddingstone
Did you know that a puddingstone is worth quite a sum of money? Now you may say to yourself..."well, what is a puddingstone?" It's a light colored stone with a bunch of dark pebbles on the inside. But if the pebbles are not attached to the of the rock, they are worthless! In a way, that is a perfect example of us and Jesus. You see without Him, we are worth nothing. You may think, "well I don't know Jesus and I am worth a lot! I"m popular, and a jock, I have a scholarship and life is going great for me." But in the end that is all worthless. All those things won't mean anything in the end. Without Jesus, we are nothing, life is nothing: "I am the vine, you are the braches. If a man remains in me, and I in him, he will bear much fruit. Apart from me, you can do nothing." John 15:5 (NIV). In other words, You Can Do Nothing Without Jesus. Another verse that can paint a bigger idea: "The Lord is my rock and my fortress, and my deliverer, my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler and the horn of my salvation, and my hightower." Psalm 18:2 (NKJV). I hope that this is an encouragemnet, a comfort and an awakening for you.

Soldiers
Soldiers...what's it mean to be soldiers for Christ? To be totally engrossed in fighting, for Him! To put your trust in Him one hundred percent, no matter the cosequences! It's unique. You feel totally safe and yet totally exposed at the same time. It's a feeling usually described as...peace. To feel so secure in His care, and yet totally revealed to danger. At the same time there are soldiers of evil, of the devil! In John 19:2-3 it says this: "And the soldiers twisted a crown of thorns and put it on His head. And they put on a purple robe. Then they said, "Hail, King of the Jews!" And they struck Him with their hands." (NKJV) How could soldiers meant for good, crucify our King like that? It's because they belong to their own father...the devil. There is a Mighty God, who has every right to strike us dead! But chose to let us sinners, nail Him to the cross. The Glorious Cross. But let's rejoice for the good soldiers, 2 Timothy 2:3, "You therefore must endure hardship as a good soldier of Jesus Christ." (NKJV). Let's ask ourselves...Are You A Soldier for Christ?
Freedom
When you're on a ranch miles and mile long, with horses roaming about in the open range...in a way, it's like Freedom. The beauty that surrounds you. The strength of the horses's, as they run, buck, kick up their heels, play with oneanother and showoff their performances. They have this energy that never seems to end...this freedom that lasts for a lifetime. As you stand there by the fence seperating you and them; you think of nothing else but the compelling erge to join them. Freedom. The wind blows across your face. The tall grass sways back and forth, grinding together; composing a symphony. The horses running through it, making up the notes. Freedom. It's like a dream you never want to wake up from, you feel like an angel, flying through this never ending meadow. You close your eyes, stretch out your arms, and just...fly away. Trying to soak it all in, before you have to go back. It reminds me of heaven. The never ending streets, the rich trees that bear fruit. The flowing streams filled with the richest waters. The beauty, the strength, the wakening. Freedom. The name itself speaks volumes. Words I can not describe. Whisper it to yourself, and let it paint a picture in your mind...Freedom.
